Billy was very pleasant he called to inform me of his ETA. Once he was here he install the parts, but then found out that the compress was not working and spend the remainer of his time to inform co. that I need a new unit.

Initially I was very disappointed in the service I had on a previous service call that Terrence did not show up for and the difficulty to speak to an actual person about the situation to get it rectified by phone. I have been a customer with a Sears Home Warranty service for over 20+ years in NJ and VA, with no deductible and never had this bad of service. I had been without air conditioning for about 4.5 weeks. I live in a gated community and he obviously did not know how to gain access to my home and just generated an email advising "Sorry we missed you". Today he came and called my home phone number to advise he was at the gate and I walked him through how to get into the gated community, the repair was taken care of in a timely manner and he explained what the problem was.

On May 15th I had the first of 8 visits to repair my furnace. Enrique said it was unrepairable and would be replaced. Then Abdool was sent out and he said it was unrepairable and would be replaced. Then Mostafa was sent out and he also said it was unrepairable and would be replaced. Then today you sent out Enrique again who again says it is unrepairable and will be replaced. When can I expect replacement. The weather will soon be getting cold. I am not a happy camper!
