I think John did a great job. He is an expert and was very patient and able to detect the problem in first few minutes only. He was flexible and he made sure to come back again with the new parts and fixed the problem to its root. And on top of that he did provide good advise as well towards effective maintenance and power saving. I am completely satisfied by his professionalism and the work he did to our HVAC system.

Collin is a very good tech excellent I trust his knowledge he knows what is talking About he answered My question told me Collin help me to take care of my unit pointed out to me to make it run better that's why I like Sears. You can trust what they say and gives you a lot of peace of mind knowing your unit and your things in your house are gonna be OK so thank you.
