Sears gave us appointments 9-28 ,9-29,10-2,10-3. they missed all four appointments without notifying us. They would just change your appointment to the next day. You cannot get a hold of them to talk to anyone. You get all mechanical voices and texting. No human beings are available. they made a fifth appointment on 10 four and made it out. The tech was very good and very knowledgeable. He did a great job but the aggravation trying to get him out was the worst I've ever experienced. They leave you no way to get a hold of a human being. Bad service on that end.

She was very professional, polite , knowledgeable and thoroughly during diagnosis determining the exact problem with the unit . She also was very patient, friendly and easy to talk to and was well pleased with both technicians .
