Blake is a very knowledgeable and efficient repairman. He works diligently as he repairs our appliances. He is a neat worker and never leaves a messy work area. He is definitely a keeper!

email updates worked out perfect.. i wish there was an option to choose "Phone call prior to arrival" i checked my email 1 minute prior to arrival.. worked out Perfect.. but could have missed it Thank you for email receipts too Heat working Perfectly well. Richard was pleasant, knowledgeable and capable. Sears is fortunate to have him as an employee. HOWEVER the Sears customer service system is dysfunctional and useless as there is nothing to it but some E robot that schedules haphazardly and gives no option for human contact for those who need assistance. Disgusting and frustrating to the ultimate degree

Out of all the repair techs choice has sent to my residence, By far Otis was the kindest person, answered all my questions, he really knew his job and skills, he cleaned up all his work area.
