Furnace is 28 years old and the burner was not coming on. It finally decided to start working for William when he arrived. William did several check of the Furnace off and on. He also did tests of the system like CO2, gas line pressure, etc. Everything checked out ok - within recommended parameters.

He called prior,I just had surgery and it was enough time for husband to come home and speak with him. I know nothing about furnaces. He was polite and kind, very knowledgeable.

Mr. Henry P. is a very professional and knowledgeable! My case was little complicated, as it related to the wire inside the wall. He didn't give up and worry what I worry. Mr. Henry P. Not only fixed it but in a very smart way! He took less than an hour, solved a issue which bothered me long time. Do appreciate the service and kindness!

Brett was fantastic BUT your customer service system is horrible The chat didn't t let me ask a question cause it was t one of the subjects . No one picks up the phone when you call for customer service When I finally got Someone it was a call center that I couldn't understand I tried to speak to someone for 3 days
