Henry arrived on time, was polite and professional in attire and attitude. Although I repeatedly asked for someone to check my ducts as heating and air were not flowing through all vents Sears sent the wrong Tech for the problem. However Henry called and requested the correct type of contractor and I'm awaiting a call to schedule an appointment.
