Brett was fantastic BUT your customer service system is horrible The chat didn't t let me ask a question cause it was t one of the subjects . No one picks up the phone when you call for customer service When I finally got Someone it was a call center that I couldn't understand I tried to speak to someone for 3 days

After communicating with the technician on the phone he arrived promptly as a professional, his vast knowledge on about hvac was comforting to know. Within a short time he was able to diagnose the problem and the solution in motion. Within a reasonable time my hvac was working again. Technicians like Eon need to be commended for ther service to the customer.
