Unprofessional Company
He fixed it. Finally. Took too long to get a simple readily available part. Not his fault. He did a good job. He can only do what his supervisors equip him to do. He was unable to provide me with an invoice. Unacceptable. Again, not his fault. If I had a choice I would not use this company again.

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I did not like how long it took for my follow up appointment to be scheduled. I was given three different time frames which took all day. I wasn't able to leave and take care of some very important business until around 4:35. I didn't make it on time. I had been waiting since 8:00 a.m. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication from Sears.
