Montavius was punctual for service call. He followed up to see if there was the same problem or an additional problem with air condition. Before leaving he made sure that unit was operating properly.

Mr. Jackson came in and on-time as scheduled. He quickly reviewed the situation and ascertained the problems and notified me of the issues. He then proceeded to repair the system. He did advise me that both my HVAC systems were over 20 years old and parts were not readily available for this particular system. Overall, Mr. Jackson did an EXCELLENT JOB and should be COMMENDED.

The technician was perfect five stars. Sears as a company now is garbage. In my opinion. I've never spoken to a person and needed to a few times. Artificial intelligence is not the end. I'll be all of Customer service. You guys need to get your act together. Absolutely horrendous customer service when you can't talk to a human being no matter what you do. So one star for sears five stars for Colin.
