My husband and I were very frustrated that our HVAC unit was not working yet again, as it seems to malfunction every spring. Sears dispatched Mr. John as our service tech and he was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. My husband and I were extremely pleased with his skill, experience, and attention to detail. While we hope that we don't have any more issues with the unit, if we do...we will certainly request Mr. JOHN to come service the unit!

Your automatic service did not work - very much needed as I'd heard from no one as of 3:00 pm. Your system is nor pathetic- management is for not checking or handling malfunctioning or notifying worker. Finally I did get nice help from great agent and the wiorker thank them!
