I had a great experience with the John from Sears. From the moment he arrived, he was prompt and professional. What really stood out was his clear and open communication—he explained everything he was doing step-by-step, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood what the issue was and how it was being fixed. It's not every day you get that kind of transparency and care. Highly recommend!
