I had a 5 star experience with Karim, the technician who serviced my A/C unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and the repairs that were needed. Karim arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. What really stood out with Karim, was his honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to quality service. He absolutely exceeded my expectations.
