First of all I want to tell you I don't like talking to a robot. When I do business, I want to speak to a person, but at least the man told me it was a maintenance problem. What I didn't like was that I wasn't told that warranty companies don't pay for a maintenance problem.

Mr. Higgins provided the best service to date. Communicated with me in a professional no no non sense way from time he called to say he was on way until the very end. Explained each step of his visit and answered all questions asked. Advised of followup if problem occured. Excellent service.

Richard was able to troubleshoot my the multiple issues with my HVAC unit. Unfortunately, the issues were too many and the unit was too old and Richard was unable to resolve. It was not for his lack of trying!
