Sears Home Services and Tech Wilner
We were very disappointed with Sears Home Services. Air went out on Saturday, claim made that day. CHW contracted Sears. An appointment was set for Tuesday and after waiting all day Sears never showed. Another appointment for Wednesday was set and Sears cancelled again! Got service on Thursday 6/26 and the Tech Wilner got us up and running. Wilner is a credit to Sears and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and Professional. Maybe Sears would do better to deal with customers live and recruit and retain more Professional Techs like Wilner!
