Sears A/C Repair
Erik was very courteous & professional. He arrived promptly, followed up with an assessment from the initial technician & not only did he fix the problem quickly he also explained the issue. One of the best service techs from Sears I've experienced!

He showed up to work on a repair done by another tech that did not end up with unit bringing down the temp. Listened to what I told him had been tried. He was out there in 90 plus degree temp for multiple hours. Replace a couple of units parts , check all parts of the unit and got the temp to start dropping from 93 degrees. Very professional, very focused, and expended a lot of effort to get our unit working properly.
