Ronald is friendly and quite knowledgable. explained things clearly and concisely. i'm a scientist and engineer so i like to know the details and Ronald was very good with his explanations and of course the quality of his work was excellent as well

Mr. Sabas did a wonderful job. He was very informative in letting me know what was needed to be done and fixed my air conditioner. It required flushing. He also informed me on recommendations to prevent anymore issues. I'm very pleased.

Erek was very respectful of my property. He listened to complaint of what was happening and fixed the problem immediately. He waited to ensure my system was cooling properly and showed me the cooling specs on his meter.

Quick response, very nice and quick. Tech knew what the problem was - fixed it and checked out the rest of the air conditioner. To him is was an easy fix of 20 min - to me it saved a day of figuring out the issue, finding the part, getting it, putting it on and hopefully that would have been the issue. Yes, Sears was the way to go for me.
