Jermaine is incredible
Jermaine took his time to share how the whole system worked, what he was doing, what units were no longer made, and how the warranty service works. This guy went above and beyond. Either the leak is a pinhole leak that will be solved with the sealant or we'll need two new coils. He was clear and I understand all that's going on now.
