Vish arrived on time and was very courteous. The issues he encountered required him to refer it back to the home warranty company before proceeding with any corrective action. I am now waiting for Home Choice Warranty to determine how we can proceed.

Shorten time between service arrival 8 hours is too long waiting on a technician visit or hire more help. It is terrible to have to wait 8 for service tech to arrive and five day wait for service.

Audrey was great. We were an add on to her schedule. When she got here she was very friendly, took care of her paperwork and got down to work. When she was done she explained the problem and made sure our AC was working. She then thanked us. If we have an AC problem again I would like to have her again.

Ronald is friendly and quite knowledgable. explained things clearly and concisely. i'm a scientist and engineer so i like to know the details and Ronald was very good with his explanations and of course the quality of his work was excellent as well
