I am giving James 5 stars because he was prompt and knew what needed to be done to fix my A/C. Sears had me upload a picture of the info on the outside unit. It was mostly unreadable. So why did you come out if you cannot work on a unit without readable information?!?! I waited all day on Friday to get cancelled at 3:30. Now again, nothing. James is as great. Sears sucks!

Eric was professional and followed up as he said he would. He called me twice and to confirm he would come out. Before Eric, sears communicated false information when they did. It had been over 3 weeks since I put the service request. Eric called me yesterday and confirmed he would come out next day to diagnose. It took Eric a minute to figure out the issue. He communicated it and was able to fix the issue. Eric was cordial and professional. He clearly knows his stuff.
