Mr. Brian was professional and skilled. However, your A-I bot, and voice prompts rate at a -10! The bot didn't address my concerns at all, which delayed my repair. Also, my service was cancelled by your software twice. Unacceptable, to say the least!

Montavius texted me throughout the process to let me know when he would arrive. After coming the first time, he had to come back later due to a needed part. On his way back the second time, he texted me to let me know he was on the way and where he was coming from. When he arrived, he texted me he was here. He was very professional throughout his service. The air seems to be working so far. Thank you.
