Sebastian took the tone to explain the service he would perform and addressed our concern. Once the inspection of the outdoor unit was complete, he took the time to inspect the indoor portion and provided much needed guidance that addressed additional concerns. Technician did a good job however, I cannot understand how only one of my units could be checked. I had to wait another six months for the second unit to be checked. I was not informed of this when I purchased this whole house system contract. I am very disappointed with Sears maintenance services.
