Anthony W. Knows his job well. And is good at repairing HVAC. He does needs some improvement in bedside manner. I also think it should not have taken so long to get parts for furnace/reschedule for heat in December when it's really cold.

I was very pleased with Willie R.'s work and dedication to service. He had to get the parts, which I could have told him if I were able to contact someone there prior to his coming out. He was very good and worked very hard. I am very disappointed in my inability to contact someone and talk to them prior to his coming out. It could have saved a lot of time and confusion, not to mention driving time, if I could have talked to someone prior to the appointment. His service rating is 5 star, but the ability to communicate with the company is TERRIBLE!!!!!!
