Service was not completed correctly
My AC is still not working correctly. After saying there was nothing wrong with the unit, I came home 2 hours later to a house that was 82+ degrees when the thermostat was set at 75. My mother was present for the repair and I told him on the phone the unit was not working correctly, and he said it was working properly for him. Very disappointing. He did not take what I said seriously and now the problem is worse and I have to schedule another repair.

Very disappointed
I waited all day 8 to 5 technician didn't come until almost 420 and after being without air for over a week I'm still without air but paid technician service fee to home out. Very disappointed with the service and with choice warranty

Incompetent technician with no a/c skills to service my a/c
This technician was here on my property on July 21, 2023. He noted the a/c unit needed refrigerant. He came back 8 days later with the refrigerant. Your a/c service is the worst. It has taken almost 30 days for you to service this unit and it is still inoperable. This technician spell of NICOTINE. I have informed you of this on another occasion yet you continually send him out. You (Sears Home Warranty) (Cinch) need to fix this problem. Please inform Ronald that there is more to an a/c unit other than the outdoor fan moving parts. If there is no air flowing inside the structure and through the vents inside the structure there is no air conditioning. The fact that he kicked the unit on the outside and started the fan to move did not repair the unit.

Bad overall
He promised to get a part and did not order it. He failed to follow through. I waited for a long time and now still the AC is not fixed since he did not do the right thing. I'm not sure if he would do the same if it was a family member. Definitely not professional.

Bad experience
He said it was compressor had air king come out to fix problem it was a bad compassitor not the compressor your tech doesn't know his job

Did his "best" in the 5 minutes he was here
Sears repair used to be an amazing contract to have and have had nothing but the best of experiences many years in the past. I cannot say the same now unfortunately. Today was a perfect case in point where the service tech came and was instructed to please clean out the unit and responded that they I've been instructed by their Manager not to open up the unit to clean it out more thoroughly. Long story short, the condenser coil is nowhere near from clean and in my opinion was a waste of time for him and me.

Sears Customer service not satisfactory
Sears was at my home three times from June 1st-June 20th and failed to get my AC going. The last technician to come out diagnosed the issue as my compressor and said it would need to be replaced but could not give a timeline as to when the job could be done until he had the part in his possession and then stated that it would be a two man job to get it replaced. He left my house and was not heard from again until June 30th In which he stated that he still did not have the part. I then get a text stating that my compressor had been ordered so I am asking myself did this guy not order my part after he originally left my house? I don't think he did because this is a job he did not want to do I could see it in his body language when he was first at my house. Another company had to come out and replace my compressor and it did not take weeks to get the part and it did not take two people to do the job. My AC was finally repaired on July 6th. I finally hear from the Sears tech again on July 25th asking me if I still want my compressor replaced and I told him that the job had already been done. There was never any communication from the tech or Sears through this ordeal and mind you I live in South Texas where the temps are above 100 degrees Terrible service and technician who could have cared less about my situation.
