It took too long and too many attempts to complete the job. First guy came out on Feb 11th and the last guy came out on March 3rd. The last guy did not have his phone set up to take any type of payments. The link was sent to me to pay over the phone. When the first guy came out, he shut the breaker off and we had no heat until the next guy came out to turn it back on. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service. When the technician comes into your home, they should always wear protective covers on there shoes. I was cleaning up mud on the floor and carpet.

Heat thermostat

Technician would not listen to what the problem was that was associated with the heating system. Turn the heat up to 90 degrees and said it was working and argued with me. Came unprepared without a ladder to get to the unit in an attic. Had to get mine out and he climbed up 3 steps and claimed "it working" and wouldn't even go in the attic to the system which I've done numerous times. Argued with me numerous times about not listening to the problem with the system (the thermostat)

Heating system

After thermostat was placed, the room is still cold. I'm not giving him a bad rating because he was a pleasant technician, but it's still cold in the bedroom. I' m not sure of after 30 minutes, there show be an increase in temperature with a closed door, but the temperature decreased. I need someone to come back, and fix the problem.

Furnace Problem

My experience with Mr. Hung was HORRIBLE! He came in my home and did absolutely nothing. Would not let me explain what was wrong. He turned on the furnace and said you have heat. If someone has to return he can not come back into my home. I have told First American Home Warranty that.

Tried to get out of coming Got here told me it wasn't ac issue that I had a roof leak. Had someone else come today and they said definitely the ac. That the pump isn't working or a blocked line leaking. Water is all around bottom of unit took pics showed me.

This tech said he came out replaced my capacitor and charged my unit with freon ..I have not left my home today and no one was here to fix or look at unit. It has been powered off at the breaker for 2 months and does not take freon it takes puron I have been without air for 5 Months getting jerked around by the warranty company and their contractors. Then falsified information is sent to the warranty company for payment ..I can not believe the total dishonesty of these contractors they should be fired and prosecuted for fraud. They have my gate code .I have been Here waiting.

This is the 3rd time Jarod has not shown up for a confirmed appt. I left my gate code on the website 2 days ago I've been home all day outside all afternoon the gate was open all day today I have had no air for 5 months I was even sent a invoice with my name signed to it when I was t home a couple months ago from sears the last time I was told the report said the capacitor was replaced and the unit was charged with freon.my unit has been powered off at the breaker for 3 months and takes puron. I am losing money from work and my electric bill is 850.00 from running 2 window units. I can not believe your company would allow someone like this to continue working there doing the same thing over and over as well as sending fraudulent invoices to first American home warranty. I am going to be seeking legal advice I have been without ac for 5 months. The rating should be no stars

Never show up - Sent me a bill with fake signature

I had to request PTO tree times because of his schedule and the window time from 7:00a am to 6:00. Out of the 3 times, he show up at my house just once. No phones calls, just unrealistic ETA that were changed every three hours. The only time Steve came to my house he was rude, disrespectul, didn't let me speak and was coming and going inside my house without cleaning his shoes and leaving my front and back door open everytime. I don't want to think he actitud towards me was because I am hispanic and because of my broken English.
