Horrible
The air conditioner was not working after waiting a week for somebody to come.The person who came just analyzed.It was a simple wiring problem.He refused to do it that day and left.

Unsatisfied
No one showed up today or called to cancel. Every time someone comes, they have an excuse to not fix our unit. Here we are a weeks later and still no air conditioning to my to floor.

SERVICE SUCKS
I received a text message from you guys stating that the technician is on his way. I checked the link and it said "your technicians arrival will be 1437". I'm using military time so there is NO CONFUSION! You're technician arrived at 1412 per my camera system. We work for a living. I arrived at the house at 1431! During his first visit he was 30 minutes late, but that is alright. I guess he got an easy Friday. FO!

A/C repair thru Choice Home Warrany
Sears and their tech provided absolutely no service. 4 days without AC because that was the soonest they could fit it in, the tech spent @ 5 min outside and said it was completely fixed. It was not. Not able to contact Sears because they transfer you from the automated service to an AI tech that was completely useless because it was glitching. CHW rescheduled for an addition 4 days to get someone back out.

Paid for less than mediocre service
Put in a claim with Choice Home Warranty waited over 10 days to get service on an air condition unit that was blowing HOT air in the middle of the summer in Phoenix, Arizona. The technician that showed up NEVER went in the attic to check that unit only looked at the air fliters and the return outside. Charged me and said filters needed to be changed and unit need cleaning. None which was true, He Never looked at the unit in the attic or tested the temp levels. Its Phoenix in the dead of the summer. Would hate for his home to be HOT and a broken unit and someone came and gave less than sun-par treatment. Just pay me and I wont fix or even check the real problem. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Thought better of a company like SEARS.

Useless
The tech came twice, did nothing, didn't seem to know why he was there. I called Choice Home Warranty and complained about him and Sears. I contacted Sears not to send him back and they did. I would never hire him or Sears to do anything.
