Air conditioner
6 technician visits no repair. 3 other appointments you made with me that you did not keep or call to cancel. You have no means to talk to a real person. . I spent a total of 9 days waiting on a technician over a period of 8 weeks. I think 1 is more than you deserve.

Was not happy with the whole experience
I was not happy with any part of the service!! It took to long to get the initial appointment (over a week an a half for an A/C that wasn't working). After his visit he said he had to order a part and I would have to go back on the schedule which took another week!! Jose called on the day he was supposed too show up and informed me that the part didn't come in and I would have to go back on the schedule and wait another week! The whole time my downstairs A/C wasn't working in Texas where it was in the upper 90 degrees!! The next week he called me at around 5:00 on the day he was supposed to show up and informed me that the part didn't not come in again!! I was very upset because on all of these days I had to either take a day off of work or rearrange my whole schedule and he doesn't give me any advance notice of this part not coming in!! I feel someone should have allowed him to order the part from somewhere else so I didn't have to be without A/C for a month!! I was not happy with any part of this service and your customer service was no help either, you could not talk to a real person because it was all AI. I finally talked to someone because I told them I needed to make a payment and finally I got to talk to an incompetent person from another country that just keep telling me that the part was available and I just had to wait for in to come in!! I feel just because you have a home warranty doesn't mean you should get inadequate service!!!!!

A/C REPAIR
The technician said there was a small leak in the Air Handler, all he did was put more Freon, but did not repair where the leak was coming from???,so when the Freon leak again, then there is another service call $$, why did he not just repair the leak!

Nothing was fixed.
Still very loud and the compressor blades/fan not turning. Please come and repair it. Thanks. I can send a couple of videos if you would like. Just tell me where to send.

Sears failed miserably
Sears has caused us to wait since July 15th to come and repair our air conditioner.Sears came three times, did nothing,and today the technician came and would would not even put freon in the system. Your treatment of us has been horrible. I am cancelling Choice, and while I always counted on the good services Sears provided with the Sears products I own, Sears is now persona non grata from now on. A Thomas

Unprofessional
Appointment was scheduled for 9/16/25 within a 8am-5pm window. Technician did not show up, no text, email or telephone call received.

Sub-par Preparedness
Mr. Sabas was not prepared to fix the problem. He suspected that the drain was clogged but didn't have what was needed to unclog the drain. He gave the tenant a list of things to buy and told them what to do! He left the job before knowing what he suspected would even work!!
