We were informed that after paying for an extra service, the furnace was working perfectly. This was incorrect.

No diagnosis
I was sent a note by the technician that my system required service, but he did not explain what was wrong with the system. I still don't know.

Part put on heating unit
This is not against the first technician that came out and placed the order and approved from choice warranty put they said and texted they was coming on February 12 between 8-5. We waited all day by 4:05 I get a receipt that they came and put the part in and we paid and signed a receipt this is not true. We never saw them because they have to come in the house to fix unit. This is faud we tried calling and email to you and can't get through. Please respond I have all the messages and emails and receipts . The claim is not complete

Refused to complete the service request
August 2025 seats informed us no techs were available to complete our repair and our request was canceled and we were told to find our own tech. It took us about 4 months to get a tech out. The 3rd party tech fixed the heat strips and the disconnect but found a leak in the reversing valve. Travis was at our location last week promised to order the valve however when he arrived today he did not have the valve and said that sears doesn't work on units after a 3rd party was involved even though sears is the one who told us the only way to get service was a 3rs party. Travis refused to allow us to speak to his manager or let us call his manager to try and get the approval while he was on-site. Worst experience EVER! MY MOTHER IS OLD AND ITS COLD AND HE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!!!

Heat not working
My heat is not working. I told him what issue was and fail to do a test. Just gave comments on how the unit work. Paid $100 for nothing done and now no heat

Elbert H is a terrible, nasty, condescending, irresponsible, WICKED, demeaning and money pit that should NEVER, EVER work with another fellow human being. I wonder why SEARS would hire such a NASTY person work with another fellow human being. He is worst of the worst. If you ask my rating for him, It is -100 (negative 100).

I was sent a text saying ten in the morning.A m and then another message saying 3:30-4 pm in the afternoon serviceman shows up a little after two.My brother was waiting to come around two thirty three o'clock serviceman showed up early.No call

Furnace Repair
I tried to put zero stars. My furnace is not working. The issue is not resolved. I tried to call someone to see if I could get someone back out the same day. All I got was an AI bot that could not answer any of my questions. It's 30° outside. It is about 63° inside my house and I can't talk to anyone to get this issue taken care of. All I'm being told is that I can reschedule for a later date. That is not helping me right now with my issue.
