James is great but the process is horrible. We had to reschedule our first appt due to a funeral out of town and rescheduled for the next week. The next week we were put off for another week due to your staff being delayed. The next week James came out and said we needed freon but because of the amount needed he needed an authorization. That authorization delayed us yet another full week! I would think when you have to reschedule someone due to your issue you could get them immediately scheduled on the following day. I realize it takes some work to get all that done, but it is not fair to your customers to be put off like that
