Informed AC Needed A New Board
Was very disappointed to hear that no AC for two weeks due to the technician stating that a new board was needed in reality only the thermostat was needed.

Tech needed to come out twice to our location to diagnose the problem of our furnace. The first time that he came, it was after 5:30 PM and he appeared very tired and irritable. We needed to call him out a second time to solve the issue.

I asked the tech how things were going and he claimed I was being like a baby asking him repeatedly about the work. He needs to be more courteous when i am paying for his services.It was the second checkin I did, the first when he just arrived and I showed him the utility roomand the second after he had a good 15 min to check inside the furnace.

1. Part cost extremely high. 2. Labor cost for 1 - 2 hours is extremely high. 3. Technician ordered overpriced thermostat with outdoor sensor, but did not install the outdoor sensor. Now we have an unused ordered part. 4. We waited all day and Sears missed the first install appointment. 5. Had an extremely hard time trying to phone contact Sears to reschedule after Sears missed the appointment. 6. We have been customers for over 30 yrs. and would highly recommend your service. He was here very quick.Just check the air conditioner outside.Never went up in the addict.All the other people for all the years have gone up in the attic and checked out upstairs , but he said it wasn't so sorry

Greg was courteous and knowledgeable, he stated that he did a thorough check of heating system and his assessment was it works as design and that the problem was a clogged flue pipe and he stated that he does not work on that, only the system and recommended I call someone who does , so I did not feel I received resolution.
