I had a 5 star experience with Karim, the technician who serviced my A/C unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and the repairs that were needed. Karim arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. What really stood out with Karim, was his honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to quality service. He absolutely exceeded my expectations. My A/C is now working better than ever, and I highly recommend Karim and his compony to anyone needing HVAC service or repairs. Outstanding customer service from start to finish! If we can, we will ask for Karim and his company to service our A/C units in the future. Thank you Karim!

Mr. Jackson came in and on-time as scheduled. He quickly reviewed the situation and ascertained the problems and notified me of the issues. He then proceeded to repair the system. He did advise me that both my HVAC systems were over 20 years old and parts were not readily available for this particular system. Overall, Mr. Jackson did an EXCELLENT JOB and should be COMMENDED.

The technician was perfect five stars. Sears as a company now is garbage. In my opinion. I've never spoken to a person and needed to a few times. Artificial intelligence is not the end. I'll be all of Customer service. You guys need to get your act together. Absolutely horrendous customer service when you can't talk to a human being no matter what you do. So one star for sears five stars for Colin.
