Technician did a good job however, I cannot understand how only one of my units could be checked. I had to wait another six months for the second unit to be checked. I was not informed of this when I purchased this whole house system contract. I am very disappointed with Sears maintenance services.

Service was friendly. Don't understand why he was locked out so that furnace had to be turned off for 12 hours in order to turn back on after 12 hours. Neither did he. If it still doesn't work correctly. I then have to call my home warranty contract and set up another service call. It's certainly not Sear's service fault.
