Courteous, knowledgeable, professional & pragmatic. Isaac also researched the issue before he came & got a heads start to save time and effort. Now, let's hope the equipment works for a good while. He did his very best. 👍👍

Shane was a very knowledgeable appliance repair person. He called ahead of time to let me know his approximate arrival time and called again when he was 40 minutes out. Once on property he spent time addressing the issue with Bosch dishwasher. He then explain my options. He said that he could repair without any parts. I had broken glass in holes and motor peller. He fixed this problem and thoroughly made sure problem was fixed. I would recommend Shane to anyone. Great job. Steve
