Jason carefully listened to our explanation of the problem with the Diswasher, He tried several things to recreate the problem. Jason was thorough and offered good suggestions to keep the problem from happening again. He was courteous and professional.

When making the appointment I am afforded the opportunity to enter my product model number and serial number. I did do this. Ibrahim tested and determined which part is defective. Going online with Sears and another parts distributor he finds the model number has NO parts available. Diagnosing is great - yet NO ability to repair. Very frustrating. Who is supposed to verify the model number and ability to repair BEFORE the appointment?

Sears Service was very efficient. When went on line and requested help they responded right away and my appointment was set for the following Monday morning. James appeared right on time and found the problem and made necessary repairs. Our oven is not back in service thanks to his efficient repairs.

Michael kept me updated on his schedule. He is knowledgeable and efficient although he could not fix my 22 year old Bosch dishwasher due to obsolete parts. If I have any other appliance issues I will certainly call Sears. Thank you!
