Charles is a diligent worker and although I don't know if my appliance will work until I defrost the unit, I can't say he helped me fix the problem. But he seemed to know what he was doing.

Jeff was not the first service person that I have encountered in my many years living here. It was a very pleasant experience. He was punctual and treated me like a person who was knowledgeable about appliances. I am a female and have been often treated like I had absolutely no idea of how any appliance worked. If I might need future assistance on any of my appliances, I would call Sears first.

I scheduled with these guys since they were supposed to be BOSCH experts and I trusted the Sears name. MISTAKE!! I wish someone in authority would look at my records for my built-in microwave repair. The number of appt cancellations/reschedules is ridiculous. The Sears scheduling system is atrociously bad. Even the technicians seem aware of this fact.
