Repair of Bosh Microwave
Texts were sent to inform me when the technical will arrive which is helpful. The technicians were great and fixed the problem. I would use them again !

Niles was excellent. Very courteous and professional and respectful. Niles was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and communicate to me and my wife our options going forward to either install either another soap dispenser in hopes fixing the problem or opt-out to buy a new washer.

Juan was great. He came and helped Desmon at the last minute bc SHS didn't provide Desmon with a helper. I have nothing good at all to say about the customer service, care or satisfaction of Sears Home Services. Do Not get yourselves involved with them.
