This is not the technician, he was great. He came out twice before to diagnose problem. Then he replaced parts, however he was not a Bosch certified repair person and said I needed a Bosch technician. After the repair the dryer still didn't dry, so I explained I needed Bosch technicians, Sears sent the same person again and he simply said I cannot fix, and he was very sorry. Again not his fault he was great.

This was the second time a technician had to come out for the problem we had with our dishwasher draining. Bob was able to immediately spot the problem and fixed it quickly. Very happy with his work.

Vish came by because the previous diagnosis didn't seem right to me. The first guy used google and ai to diagnose the problem. Vish used 20 years of experience. But I can't get my dishwasher fixed because there's 800 bucks wrapped up in a previous part and work order that I need refunded— from the wrong diagnosis.
