Claudio has been to our home a couple times to repair appliances. He is awesome!! The people that schedule the technicians are THE WORST!! It took THREE DAYS and twelve hours of waiting around for a technician to finally show up. The first two days after waiting four hours, we were informed they would not arrive. The third day he arrived at 5:00pm. The maintenance agreement says that I must pay a penalty fee if I miss my appointment. What penalty does Sears pay for missing two appointments? And then trying to get any answers over the phone is an absolute joke. Had I know the customer scheduling/support was this horrible, I would have never purchased the service.
