David was great about explaining what caused the drainage problems with our dishwasher, so much so that I feel confident about fixing similar issues in the future. Our problem was a blocked drainage pipe that led to a y-air gap fitting. David removed the blocked pipe and then we cleared the pipe of debris. David explained that the y-air gap part needed to be replaced, something that David was not authorized to do because a plumber is required for pipe work. But David was kind enough to Google the part and texted it to me so I could pick it up at a hardware store. I installed the part and everything is working great. Thank you David!

The first technician said the dishwasher needed a new latch. He placed the order. The second technician installed the new latch. And then proceeded to tell me that the latch was not the problem. The problem didn't involve ordering any new part at all. Since I didn't need the new latch installed, I feel that I shouldn't be charged for the labor.

Michael was professional and courteous. He was clear on the billing procedure and went straight to work on diagnosing the problem with our dishwasher. He quickly determined the issue, ordered the parts, and within a week had returned and successfully installed and resolved the problem.

Tim did an excellent job in completing repair of double oven. He inserted new computer board and left us the old one. He took the time to explain the repairs and checking to see that everything was brought back to working order. He was pleasant, professional and accommodating in answering questions we had.
