Kevin truly goes above and beyond. He found additional issues with our oven and drove to Pensacola to get the part since it had been over a month we had been waiting to get our oven fixed. We are so thankful we had a conscientious technician who knew how to diagnose as well as fix our oven. He demonstrated excellent customer service skills. Sears Home Services should be proud to have Kevin as an employee.
