Luis was my second repairman out. He was thorough, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and was very detailed. Left everything clean and tidy. I'm grateful that Luis was sent, he was a God send. He should be promoted so that he can teach others how to be a proper repair person.

The technician, Raymond, was very professional. He did a thorough check to find the cause of the problem and ordered parts accordingly. He back to replace the parts and made the microwave working. Additional note: The microwave is combined with oven and wall mounted inside a cabinet.

Tim quickly diagnosed a complex issue with our dishwasher. Since this is a review on him, five stars, excellent! However, he was the third SEARS technician to visit for the same issue. It is beyond frustrating that the phone and online system is entirely AI-driven and you cannot reach a person to understand what parts need to be ordered or even what type of service call is needed.
