Best Appliance Service I've Received
Michael arrived on time, was informative, friendly, and assessed our problem quickly. The problem was a bit unusual, but Michael took the time to consult his Team and come up with the best solution possible, I was really impressed. I learned a lot as well - he was clearly dedicated and so knowledgeable. Thank you Michael!

Cornelius called and informed me that he was on his way again. I'd rather get a call than a text, old school more personalized. I had another appliance that required a part to be installed. We talked about what was going to be done. When he was finished, we talked about my Samsung refrigerator and a recent repair he made. I was quite impressed with his knowledge and forthright. We also talked about Sears and the various protection plans it has. I am up for a renewal of my of plan. Cornelius is very informative and will save me a couple hundred dollars when I renew my contract. Thanks!
