My issue was with ice forming in the bottom of the freezer compartment. Jason's resolve the issue in a timely manner. I asked what the warranty was on his repair and he said 30 days. I thought that was a pretty short amount of time as the repair cost me almost $500 with no parts. I won't know if my problem is fixed for 3-4 weeks but will keep checking under the freezer.

After three weeks of scheduled appointments that resulted in no call, no show, this tech actually called, apologized and showed on time. Stacey = high five! Sears = do better! We can't even get you on the phone. American Home Shield had to beat you up a little to get it done.

Justin was very thorough and knowledgeable he explained a different parts of the machine that had to be replaced and why. I was very satisfied with his evaluation. My problem is that Sears' Home Service continue to use my wife's name instead of my name which is Raymond Peebles on the receipt and text message. I would appreciate you sending me a receipt with my name on it: Raymond Peebles. I have asked you to change the records many times and it hasn't been done.
