I was able to get an appointment with a wait of less than 24 hours. Luis explained the situation with the dishwasher, and recommended steps going forward. Overall I think that the price was a good value.

Saul was knowledgeable and efficient once he was here. HOWEVER, I will never use this company again. They give a NINE hour window, and do not narrow it down. In addition, for 2 out of the 4 appointments scheduled we received calls toward end of day that we were last on their list, they would not make it here that day and we would need to reschedule it. They then do not put you in cue for a more narrow window for rescheduled appointment since we had now wasted 9 hours for appointment they are rescheduling- TWICE. This practice is unacceptable and demonstrates absolutely zero concern for the customer and the customer's time. I would rate the company a ZERO.
