Service was great, but it took 5 weeks to get him here
The run around with AHS and Sears was ridiculous. The great service provided at our home appears to be well done. I'll let you know if the machine stops working again. But I called Sears and AHS 5 times each to get this scheduled and it was a nightmare. Nangyali was great.

Juan came to my home to do a diagnostic on my Bosch dishwasher. He knew right away what the issue was. When he returned, after the parts were ordered and delivered, he was attentive, communicative, explained just what the problem was and what he did, and did an excellent repair. He was clean and courteous. I recommend Sears Appliance service whole-heartedly. It reminds me of Sears & Roebuck where my family and I shopped for decades. Their sales staff knew everything about what they sold, and it was greatly appreciated.
