Jonathan is a good tech and tried hard to resolve the issue with my dishwasher. Dealing with the powers that be in getting the tech to my home is another story. In my opinion, Sears is one of the worst companies to deal with as far as scheduling repair service. I have purchased a Sears Protection Agreement for many years but this may be the last year. Sears' customer service has gone totally down hill and they just don't seem to care.
