Worst service ever!

Did not fix machine. Still completely broke. Sears will not resolve the issue. They are having "technical" issues and I don't have a washing machine. I am stopping payment on my account.

Perhaps the worst service I have ever experienced. Cannot communicate via phone....big big problem! Multiple no shows on appointments. Constant reminders via emails and text, obnoxious and worse when not followed thru. Clearly don't understand how you stay in business. Concerns to be shared with Choice Home Warranty who has our policy.

Poor service

Second time I've used Sears for the exact same issue. First time they came out and ordered parts but never returned to install them. Second time charged me again and still didn't install the part they ordered. Technician #1 turned off the water until parts would come in. Technician #2 said the problem was the water was turned off. Can't make this stuff up. Ridiculous.

Rudest rep I've ever met

This tech rep was the rudest person that I've ever met in my life! Got nasty with my wife and then once I got home was equally nasty! Almost told him to leave our house. Also heard him speak to a rep at the warranty company as she told him to not raise his voice at her and hung up on him. Shocked that he's employed by anyone!

Technician told me what I already knew - that drain pump was not working. I was charged something like $169 for nothing. I called another certified dishwasher technician, and based on quality of phone conversation, expect to see problem resolved at a cost including parts and labor that was less that what I was charged to have the Sears technician simply tell me a part was broken.

Microwave

The technician came over and suggested the Microwave needs to be replaced and he will inform the warranty company. Is 5 days and you did not submit the report and we need to understand why?

Horrible experience with Sears

This is the third time they've come and bit been able to fix the dishwasher. It's been 7 months without a working dishwasher. Never get a Sears protection agreement! As a physician, I have to take off work to be there every time they come for repairs and it's been for nothing. I'm incredibly disappointed.

Refregerator not working

Select Home Warranty has given us a hard time. We made a lot of calls to get the refrigerator fix. The parts needed finally came after two weeks. The technician from Sears said they are not needed because the problem is with the inverter. The technician left, and after 24 hours, there was no sign of the refrigerator working.
