Horrible !!! Bate and switch professiona spoke yo a foreigner on the phone who can't understand one another and changed the price once the man came out to put my oven door on the hinge for 318.00 never again and will tell everyone.

Did not show up - no stars -2 thumbs down
Called and said he was on the way - he called and said he was in the way and didn't show - he had my phone number he didn't even call to say he needed to reschedule - just didn't show and Then he closed the service request with the home warranty people - I would prefer a different technician please

Not thorough at all!!!
We had a service call and ordered a part for our Bosch oven. The part arrived and the tech was unable to get to the part of the oven. He said it would be impossible to open and this is a common problem with Bosch. He never bothered to investigate the issue, check the common problem he was aware of, had us order an expensive part we can never use, and we had to pay for the service fee.

Dishwasher
I'm sure Ignacio is a nice guy, but he didn't complete the repair and left without telling us why. Now we have to start the claims process over from scratch.

Didn't show or call
I would really like to give a Zero rating because he has not shown up or called for numerous weeks now to repair our dishwasher which has been broken since the first week of May. He has called once in all that time and said he would order parts which Sears has no record of them ever being ordered. I plan to make of all the appointments for which he has not come or called and I have waited entire days including today. It's time for our dishwasher to be replaced since it hasn't or couldn't be repaired for nearly 2 months now.

Bad experience
After 3 visits and new parts , the issue is not resolved. Left us in middle of non working issue and I need to follow up with home warranty or find new technician to replace

Liar
Tech did not call, tech did not come. There was no missed call listed on my phone, I work from home and was there all day. And I check my ring door bell and he never came. But listed that he came and I wasn't home and closed the work order. This is absolutely ridiculous!
