Disappointed with failure to determine issue or work needed
Paid for a diagnostic visit. Technician was polite and looked to make sure power was available to unit. No other work was performed as technician indicated that parts were not available to fix this three year old Bosch wall oven. After paying for the visit, I called Bosch to complain about parts not being available. Bosch assured me that all parts were available and could not understand why the technician would indicate otherwise. Since the technician did not remove any covering from the oven, there is no way to know what parts were needed. I am back to square one and looking for others who can do the repair.

Still does the same thing....
Technician showed up. Installed 2 of the 4 parts waited nearly 2 months for, then left with the parts and the oven doing having the same issue (which was won't return to temp after door is opened for checking, basting, turning, etc.). Very poor job. Thanks, Greg

I was told 3 different times that the sercie provider would have the needed parts - this is the third visit to my house this has taken 3 + months - today the third vist again he did not have any needed parts - a TOTAL WASTE of TIME for everyone. The service was HORRIBLE

Bad business practives
Gregory seems knowledgeable but Sears this is bad business. I called on 08/23 for service on Bosch dishwasher. The appt was canceled at 6pm the night before the appointment. I took off work. Finally, you scheduled the appointment for 2 weeks later and the technician did not find a leak. I ran the dishwasher that evening, and the same E15 code came up. I called Sears to reschedule, and the technician sent a message at 530pm for a 1-5pm window he would not be able to make. A second day wasted and loss another day at work. Now we are scheduled for 09/18 and I have officially not had a dishwasher for 3 weeks. Just all-around bad business practices. I would not recommend sears for lack of professionalism, transparency and overall experience.

Horrible
He said there wasn't a leak in the dishwasher when there clearly was. Zipped tied some things together and then when we drained the kitchen sink after washing dishes ALL the water went everywhere and flooded the kitchen. Horrible!

Dishwasher parts replacement via Sears home warranty
The technician told me that I have to sign a waiver to not blame the service company for any dishwasher leaks after he repairs the dishwasher. His logic was the plumbing could be faulty and not his responsibility but he could not explain how am i covered if the leak is due to bad servicing in this case. The technician was visibly irritated and borderline rude in telling me to either sign the waiver or do the work myself. Never experienced such a behavior before. I was not comfortable with him touching my appliance and setup.

One star
He came and fixed the problem but i just noticed damage to our dishwasher that we haven't had before he came and fixed it its still leaking water. We will not pay for damages we need our dishwasher fixed.

Bosch Dishwasher Repair
Technician left job unfinished. Appliance was not working when he left. I called him to tell him that the appliance was not working. He said he would return that weekend to finish the job. He never showed up and now will not take calls.

Sears didn't call as they said they would
Expected a call from Sears as I had already diagnosed the mechanical problem with the washer. Told Sears not to arrive without the drum bearings because that was what the problem was. Technician arrived, agreed that it was the drum bearings then told me parts were unavailable and here is your invoice for their trip. If they had of called before arriving we could have avoided a trip. This was unacceptable. I purchased this washer from Sears so its too bad they decided to charge me for their issue after selling something they can't service and not talking to me before being dispatched. What a waste of time and money.
