Dishwasher repair
Used my dishwasher last night. Still have same problem. He did not fix it. I want my money refunded or come back and fix it

Replacement of Ice Maker for Bosch Refrigerator
Today (1/5/26) Sears sent a repair person to my home for the 3rd time to diagnose and replace an ice maker on a Bosch refrigerator. Each time I was assured by the tech that the replacement was complete and the issue had been resolved. Each time Sears Home Repaired has FAILED to successfully complete the replacement and the Ice maker has failed to produce ice as promised. Needless to say, I am completely frustrated with Sears for not being able to diagnose and successfully complete the issue.

Technician never called or showed up
The first time the technician came. He tried to leave without looking at dishwasher. Then never did a diagnostic. The second appointment. Technician never called or showed up.

5 visits, no repair
The Technician visited 5 times. While refusing to admit the dishwasher was unrepairable, the technician could not make the machine work. We did not have use of the dishwasher for 2 months. Totally unsatisfactory experience.

Worse service ever
Schedule 8-3. Tech showed up at 4:34 pm. Walked in and said he could only service one of my appliances not both as I requested on AHS. Then he told me the model number is wrong, so he could not service it at all. The model number is from the Bosch at my old house. Sears or AHS transfered the wrong model when I placed the claim so he refused to help us. I wasted a whole day at home for nothing. Very disappointing.

Technician verses Sears Automated System
Ryhen, was nice man, diagnosed the issue, then gave his quote to repair our Bosch oven; $668.00. Which he said $435.00 for labor. I ask him how long to replace once he got the part, he said an hour once he received the part in 7-10 days. Really??? Attorney prices??? We were scheduled for 8-12, he arrived @ 3:50, my day wasted waiting. The Sears automated system flat out sucks. Bottom line we contacted The Appliance Company, they found the part locally, came out next day, completed the job for $390.00. Labor $200.00. Will never use Sears again!

3 hours late from the on the way message
The tech was very late after we got a message that he was in the wash. Over 3 hrs. We had dogs put away and ready for him to arrive. Then he looks at the dishwasher for 3 min and says he can't work on it. No report sent and nothing completed.

Terrible experience.
Misdiagnosed the problem initially. Installed a thermostat when the problem is the element-or so we think, don't really know because he never came back to install the new part. Worst experience ever. $532 and my oven is still broken. Run from Sears Repair.

Very poor service
Alberto did not even wait for the dish washer to complete its cycle and insisted that the unit was working and left. We still have the same problem. a dishwasher that is not drying dishes at all. I will not recommend Sears to my circle of friend.

The technician never came to the house to repair the dishwas
The technician for the dishwasher has never arrived at my house to repair the dishwasher even though the text message showed that he has arrived. I am very disappointed and would like make a complaint.
