Dishwasher repair
I told Scott that the last time the dishwasher was repaired that even though on his test cycle the dishwasher drained properly that on a full run after the repairman left the dishwasher wouldn't drain. He assured me that wouldn't happen this time. In fact, it did, and the dishwasher is still not draining and gives an error message.

John was five stars. This review does not apply to him at all. I have no problems with his work. HOWEVER, I have LOTS of problems with Sears Home Service. You do not have any way to communicate with a real person. I really needed to talk to someone to explain the problem but more importantly how to access the house. I tired both text and by phone but all I got was a computer. It was of no help whatsoever. It is crazy that you do not provide any human interaction. I would not recommend Sears to anyone and would actively advise against using you until you allow some method of talking to a real person.

Just horrible
The technician was extremely unprofessional and didn't show up to the scheduled appointment and rescheduled the next day, several times

no show
The technician was a no-show and no phone call. Had an update that the person was at my residence at 12:35, but was not. Had another notification that he would arrive between 1;30-2:35. But still not service tech.

Warranty
Called 12times for two hours got no where trying to cancel 30day trial warranty. Finally talked with a women put on hold 20minutes said she cancelled it but could not provide proof or cancellation number. Tried to strong arm me to reconsidering and would not accept the fact I wanted to cancel.

Left dishwasher spraying water
Technician installed new parts and turned on the washer. It started spraying water out of the top right corner! He left and told us to "just put towels there to block the water"!?

Rushed and Unprofessional
I was very disappointed with this service visit. The technician stated the only way to access the faulty part was to pull the entire dishwasher out. However, after removing the front panel, he showed me the part that needed replacing, making it clear it was visible and accessible from the front. He then said he could not reach it and showed me that one of his hands was in a brace and that he was off work due tonsurgery for several months. Rather than attempting to proceed or allowing time to pull the dishwasher out as he suggested, he declined to continue. He was in my home for less than 20 minutes and ras he was leaving, mentioned he had four more calls within the next two hours. He instructed me to call and reschedule once the dishwasher was pulled out. After further review, it became clear the dishwasher did not need to be removed to complete the repair. Once he decided not to move forward, his demeanor became dismissive and he left quickly. This experience felt rushed and unprofessional.

Horrible service
Just got ripped off. Have a Bosch oven that needs repaired . The issue was that the outlet on the oven shorted and needed service . Because the tech couldn't find the oven in her phone database , she said she can't fix it. Wasn't her more than 30 min and didn't take apart the oven to look at it . Complete joke

No thanks
We had significant difficulty getting the repair scheduled. The technician never called in advance to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was rude to my wife and accused her of damaging the appliance intentionally to get a replacement. The part that was ordered was the wrong part, the follow up repair scheduling was rescheduled three times. There is no value to the service and if this technician worked for me, I would fire him. We plan to cancel our warranty coverage as a result of this experience.
