Terrible scheduling app, merely adequate service
The service was at most adequate. The scheduling app was terrible, saying servicepeople were ahead of schedule even after they missed their appointment time, and saying they were on their way in text messages when the app showed they were still working elsewhere. These problems forced me to stay at home waiting the imminent arrival of someone who was not going to show up soon. As for the service itself, the serviceman said the part I needed was not in stock, even though I could buy it myself online and get it in a day. If he were to install the part, the dishwasher would have had to been removed from a tight cabinet. Though difficult, surely this is a problem that he should be able to solve since many dishwasher repairs would require access to the back of the machine. In general, although he was pleasant enough, it appeared he was not motivated to do more than the bare minimum to address my problem. I ended up paying $139 to have him confirm a problem I already new about.

Late to appointment, confusing repair, annoying alerts
They arrived over four hours after the end of the time slot provided. In addition, the only thing he did was clear the filter and then give me a quote for $450, while talking a mile a minute about different plumbing options. I had no idea what he was talking about and I would certainly not use the service again. In addition, they send endless texts and emails and also make automated phone calls. Once you make your appointment, be prepared for your phone to give you nonstop alerts. It's beyond annoying and very unnecessary.

Seemed good at the time, but now?
This was the first I ran it today and it stopped with an E tap message? I started it again and I'll photograph it and send it to you if you tell me where to send it. Your service style is so automated it makes it difficult to impossible to reach a human. I 'm not happy with it. Casey, the technician was very pleasant. But scheduling is a nightmare. I seriously think Bosch will not be a brand on my list since I have to use your service for repairs. My original appointment was rescheduled 3 times by your robots and I never was contacted the last time so I was left waiting for an appointment that was changed to a week later that could not work for my schedule. What a poor customer service experience! We will see how good it goes with the error code. I am so hoping it is a one off bc I don't want to deal with scheduling with you again.

Not qualified
This is the third time AHS has sent Sears Services with the repair not being completed. They need to send qualified people to do the repairs.

Micro wave repair
The technician Trevor was the best part of the experience. your customer service was terrible. you made, and missed appointments, would not specific a window of arrival. you rescheduled without contacting me, and worst of all i could not speak to a live rep, only very limited AI.

Multiple tries to fix over protracted period.
Took 3 visits over 2 weeks to sort this dishwasher out out. Visit 1 was a daignostic, no attempt to fix. Visit 2 replaced a drain pump but did not fix the issue. Visit 3 seems to have worked - sucked out a blockage inside the machine. Poor diagnostics. Protracted period with no dishwasher. Would not recommend.

Ghosted me
Jimmy was nice enough, but he didn't follow through with his promise. I need a part which he could not locate locally. I asked for the part number so that I might get friends in other locations to help with my search. He promised to send me the part number. After not hearing from him later that day, I sent a text to again request the part number. After two days I had still not received it and he had not responded. (I verified that he had read my text.) I again texted him to remind him that he had not sent the part number and again, I have received no response. He hasn't even responded to tell me if he wasn't allowed to provide any information. Very poor customer service. I will NOT be using Sears Home Services again!
