Cook top replacement
I was disappointed that it took two appointments to diagnose. Which was inconvenient to wait all day to find out it will be tomorrow. The exact same thing when the technician was scheduled to replace the cook top. It was scheduled to take place last Friday and it was done today Let the technician know he left his socket tool kit at my house.

Technician was ok. He suspected compressor might need Freon, but did not check it because he didn't have a piercing valve. He did some cleaning and told us to call bAck if problem continued.

My technician called before arriving, arrived early, and the machine is fixed. I provided a bucket, stool/ladder, and a towel for his use during the repair. When he left, the floor was a mess, there was dirt on top of the dryer, and the towel's location was unknown. Last seen soaking up water inside the back of the washing machine, I had to take the top off of the machine and found the towel inside, in an unsafe condition in my opinion.

needed to see the owners manual, lack of initiative since he knew in advance what make and model # of DW that was to be serviced, yet needed the manual and seemed to lack ideas . Spotting problem still exists but to a much more minimal extent...he cleaned filters, (which I had done previously), and not much else.

I came home to kitchen floor soaked/semi-flooded. It requires someone to stop the water from rising causing leakage; and someone to open and remove filter to mesh. Repair Tech (RT) couldn't open because it is stuck. What can Sears RT do to open filter to remove it -- so the entire mesh can be removed? I have faith Sears can help me.

Technician was able to defrost the ice that built up in the fridge…did a good job on it. However , the new problem occurred as he was leaving the fridge started making noise indicating that the door is not closed properly. The technician told me that he is hoping that the beeping will stop once the fridge reaches desired temperature. I'll keep you posted whether it does and that's the reason for 3 stars.

This is a rating of both Javier and Ronald. We had a total of 7 visits. Every time they needed to order an additional part or they said it was inaccessible or hoses were wrong. Why didn't they know all the parts they needed from the start? Other things we had to take care of on our own!

Right on time, which is good. Quick diagnostic, which is good. Left the bottom panel cover off with screws lying on the floor, which is not good, especially as I'm not to bend down after surgery.

Justin was prompt in arrival. He identified a problem with the dishwasher swiftly and unclogged the tubing. He then ran a bit of a cycle. He was helpful. I'm not certain that my dishwasher is completely repaired.
