While he did eventually fix the dishwasher it took SEVEN visits and THREE missed appointments. Come to find out the first part he installed was the right part but (and I don't understand this) he didn't have a part within the part and on the 7th visit he figured it out and put the part in the part into the dishwasher and it worked. That shouldn't have happened and I missed so much work (he was here like 4 hours every time) and appointments had to be reschedule because of this.

Daniel was very nice and professional. However, it seems that he does not have experience with this dishwasher. Turns out the hose was clogged with food particles. He ordered us a new valve (needed?) and came back and still couldn't fix it, so had us order a pump. Third trip he decided we didn't need the pump, he just needed to clear the clogged pipe. Seems to me he could have done this the first time and saved us several hundred dollars and two extra trips.

I really feel that Alex was in a bad mood and had an attitude when he came up. He seen the dogs and just refused to come in. But when he got in it seemed he was really searching to find what info he needed for my DW. I'm not sure if it all was because of him being out of his van or what. I feel he is a good tech early in the morning.
